Position Overview:
PRIME Digital Ventures is a leading digital solutions group with a growing portfolio of specialized brands offering services across digital marketing, SEO, website development, and business consulting. We pride ourselves on delivering high-performance solutions to clients across diverse industries—from startups to established enterprises. As we continue our expansion in the UAE market, we are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our remote team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients seeking digital solutions in the UAE region.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve and exceed a monthly sales target of $15,000.
- Understand client needs and propose customized digital service packages that align with their goals.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to spot trends and opportunities for growth.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and detailed proposals to prospective clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, project delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in a digital agency or tech solutions environment.
- Solid understanding of digital services, including SEO, social media marketing, website design & development, and lead generation.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets of $15,000+ per month.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the UAE business landscape and client expectations is a plus.
- Must be legally located in the UAE.
